Day trips in the Ziller Valley

No other activity enables such a close contact with the tranquillity of the winter
mountain landscape. In the woods only a few tracks from deer, rabbits and foxes
break the perfect white snow blanket.

Snow shoeing used to be the main method of transport for Scandinavian nomads and Eskimos in Greenland, today it has become a popular alternative winter sport.

No specific previous knowledge is required, so that non-skiers also get the opportunity to experience the mountain winters with friends or colleagues.

Beginners Tour

Our beginners’ tour is suitable for everyone who cannot be too sure of how far they will be able to walk and also specifically for groups with different grades of fitness. 500 high metres will have to be conquered. The tour will be guided without hectic and stress and snow covered woods will provide the right atmosphere together with a "Schnapps" at the highest point of the tour.
Ideally suited for singles, couples as well as groups up to 20 guests.

Peak Hike

Slightly more challenging with the highlight of an alpine hike up to the peak. We will climb up to between 700 and 1.000 high metres, during which the change in leadership and therefore in making the track will make all participants carry out their part of the work involved. Our reward will be the magnificent peak panorama of the Ziller Valley Alps when reaching the top.
