Mountain Sports Zillertal (MSP) – Terms and conditions

Author:
The copyright published for objects (graphics, texts etc.) made by the author remains alone with the author of the sides. A copy or use of such objects in other electronic or printed publications is not allowed without an express consent of the author.

Reprimands and links:
Despite careful control as regards content, we assume no liability for the contents of external links. The author particularly hereby explains that at the time of the linking no illegal contents were recognizable on the sides to be interlinked. The Author does not have influence on the design and the contents of external links. Therefore it particularly dissociates itself from all contents of all conned sides which were changed to the linking hereby. Links to single picture and text data are not allowed. Links are desired and allowed exclusively on the initial page

Bookings:
Bookings can be made with us either in person, by telephone, in writing, or online. By making a booking you are also agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Terms of payment:
Upon booking we ask you to pay a deposit of €20 per Person. This deposit can either be paid direct in our office or to our bank account at the Raiffeisen bank, Mayrhofen: Bank sorting code 36274, Account number: 20321. Upon receipt of deposit payment the booking becomes binding. The rest payment is due before the start of the booked activity. We accept cash, visa or mastercard.

Services:
The content of our contractually binding services can be taken from our brochure, fliers or our homepage. Other arrangements, which vary in content to our regular offers, are to be discussed with the manager of MSP.

Cancellation and withdrawal:
You can withdraw at any point before, and also during the programme. We can offer no refund should the tour be stopped prematurely on the part of the client or should the client arrive too late to participate on the booked activity.
A cancellation fee, equal to the deposit payment of €20 per Person will be retained by us should the client cancel up to 1 day before programme begin.

Cancellation on part of  MSP:
We can, should the minimum number of participants for an activity not be reached, withdraw from day programmes without compensation, 1 day before  programme begin.  The client receives the deposit refunded immediately.  

Price & Programme changes:
MSP reserve the right to alter price or make changes to the programme.  Should it be impossible, due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. weather), to carry out a programme safely MSP reserves the right to change or cancel the programme, even after programme begin.

Liability:
MSP acts as an organiser and go between in all programmes. In the case of a damages claim the liability of the organiser and the persons that he serves is limited to intent or gross negligence respectively.

Special conditions for adventure sports: 
The participant is fully aware that he/ she participates on MSP programmes at his / her own risk. The participant is fully aware that the participation in adventure sports such as rafting, canyoning etc.. can result in physical injury and that, even with an official guide, modern equipment and an optimally planned tour, a certain element of risk remains in all active sports. The participant must be able to swim when participating in water sports! Participation under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medicine is forbidden. The participant must be in a healthy physical condition appropriate for the booked tour. The participant must check the equipment given to him/ her and be sure of an optimal fit. Any faults in the equipment are to be reported to the guide. The guides instructions are to be followed without exception in particular, the guides’ safety instructions. The guide has the right to exclude persons that endanger either their own safety or that of others from the programme. Should a safe tour be hindered due to reasons of bad weather, water level, obstructions etc.., or due to the insufficient ability of the participants the guide has the right to stop or change a tour or respectively offer an alternative tour.
